You can apply for Chian Transit Visa (G visa)in Malaysia, now, you can go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in KL to apply for it, please prepare the following documents:
I) Valid visa of the forwarding/destination country and your air tickets (original and copy)

(II) Original passport with validity more than six months and minimum 2 blank visa pages;

(III) Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information) of the passport and the recent Chinese visa page if there is any;

(IV) Fully completed Visa Application Form in Chinese or English, attached with one of the applicant's recent color photograph (30mm X 40mm)

You have to pay for the service fee besides the visa fee to the CVASC in KL.
