Hi eeverybody, I'm living in HCMC and plan to go to China in two weeks... so i need a chinese visa!I heard that Is it impossible for foreigners to apply for chinese visa from vietnam if we do not have a resident card, is that true ? i just have a vietnamese visa valid until the 7th of july...If i can...1. Do i need a flight return ticket and accomodation booking reservation to apply ?2. What document i need?3. How long days it takes to do it ? How cost ?THANKS A LOOOT!!!

yes, I also heard a similar piece of news, but you'd better go to the China Consulate in HCMC to enquire it, it is easy for you to do so because you also live in HCMC.
