About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hello, I'm a French citizen and wish to apply for an F-Visa to go to China. However, at the time I'll have to go to China, I will be in Hungary and will have to take my flight from there. Do you think this situation could be a problem - i.e. applying for the visa in one country and flying from a different one?

It is not a problem, you can use the China visa issued in France and take a flight from Hungary to go to China.
