About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Is a woman's small (11x8.5x3 inches) leather purse on domestic flights in China considered as carry-on luggage ?

You can take it on board. It won't be taken as carry-on luggage. Just keep in your pocket.
