About:China Visa on Arrival

I AM URGENTLY GOING TO BANGKOK FROM MUMBAI ON 17TH FOR SOME BUSINESS DEAL AND FROM THERE I WANT TO GO TO CHINA, CAN I GET CHINESE VISA AT BANGKOK FOR CHINA. I AM HOLDING A INDIAN PASSPORT IN GENERAL CATEGORY.

I'm not sure that you can apply for China visa in Bangkok, as I know, applicants other than Thais should hold the Thai visa or residence permit valid for more than 6 months.
