Would like to seel advise for the following.

I am a Malaysian working in Beijing and I would like to visit Japan this October. There r a list of details which i Need to obtain for Tourist Visit. Please advise how to go about it.

An inviting person/guarantor needs to prepare the "Documents provided from Japan" on the list shown on Page 10 prior to a visa application. [ I am staying in the hotel, can the hote write this letter?]

2) Can anyone advise me the correct location and address for the embassy for Visa Application>

3) I am only going on October so should I only apply the visa in August? ( Japan Visa Last for 3 months right?)

4) Is there a fee to apply this visa for a Malaysian to Beijing?
