About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi,
I am planning to Visit Shenzhen next month, I will be there for max 4 days, I will take a train from Kowloon to Shenzhen by Train to Lo Wo station, I would like to know if they will issue Visa on Arrival at Lo Wo Station for Indians

Now I am not sure that whether the entry ports of Shenzhen issue visa on arrival to Indians or not now because of the Expo. Generally speaking, the voa will be suspended because of great event in China, I think that the best safe way is to get a China visa in India.
