hi anyone can help me how to get my money back , i was buy item from china webside : fairlyshop.com
after they accept my payment , they promise send out my item and next day i get email from them my item was
delay because accident in custom shipment. until now i have request get my money back they just tell me wait?
almost 2 week. event i go to bank can not do anything. please any body can help.

I guess that it is very hard for you to get your money back, it is a trick, you can report this issue to Commercial Office of Chinse embassy, however, maybe they don't pay attention to your case, I know that many aliens were cheated by the online shopping.
