I understand that there are buses to Lijiang departing from either Panzhihua train station square or long distance bus station. What are the differences? are the buses departing from the bus station in better condition than those departing from the train station ? any differences in price ?

Hello,Ms.TanThere is no big difference. If you happen to alight at the railway station, then you can just take buses at the square outside of the railway station. If you are starting from the downtown area, you can take bus no.64 to long-distance bus station. The buses run from 06:00 to 18:00 and the ticket price varies from 50RMB to 80RMB based on the type of seat.
