i'll be in haikou for an educational trip next week. can you please tell me about some muslim halal restaurants and the weather?

You can try Haikou Dongbeiren Restaurant (海口东北人餐厅) at Haixiu Road. For weather, it will be definitely hot. Check this page for the average temperature of Haikou:
