About:Chinese Consulate in Lagos

Hi,
My invitation letter to attend TWOWS and Conference was sent to me on-line, will it be accepted? I will be coming to Lagos from Port Harcourt, can I collect the application form on a wednesday, fill and submit the same day? How long will it take before the visa is issued? Thanks

it is not accepted, Invitation from a Chinese company or other organization. No fax, photocopy or scanned invitation letter is accepted. The invitation letter is only valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Applicants must submit the original invitation to book the appointment on every Tuesday or Thursday morning from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon at the Visa Hall.

Applicants must come to the Visa Hall in person to submit the applying documents according to the time appointed (every Monday, Wednesday & Friday ).
