Hello,
Can I know the list of Physical Examination Record centers in India(possibly if any in Bangalore) to take up medical test.

The "Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by doctors from an Indian state hospital. The photo on the Record should be stamped by the hospital.(Valid for 6 months from issued date) The state hospital in Bangalore is accepted by Chinese embssy/consulate.
