About:Tibet Travel Tips

It is written on this site that before you apply for a visa, you should get a Tibet Travel Permit if you intend to go there. I will arrive in Beijing first and then I'd like to travel from there to Tibet. There is no problem with making the arrangements with the travel agency while I'm in Beijing, right?
