I noticed the address you mentioned is Shijiazhuang Guobin Hotel; the hotel is closer to Shijiazhuang Railway Station, about 2.5 kilometers. So you can take a D train from Beijing West and get off at Shijiazhuang Railway Station; it will take you about 2 hours and the fare for a first-class seat is about CNY105 and CNY88 for a second-class seat.
