Hi,

Im planning to visit taipei in late july.. I understand that the weather will be hot and humid with frequent typhoon. Will the typhoon affects the opening of shops in taipei.. My objective is to shop there =) Thanksss

You are right about Taipei climate. And also July is a great time for shopping. Generally speaking, typhoon will not be too big to affect the shops and you can go enjoy shopping there.
