About:Getting to Kunming

I would like to visit Yunnan in end July/aug. Is it cheaper and more convenient to travel from Kunming to Dali by train or plane? Also Is it ok to trek in the Leaping Tiger Gorge then?

Use train to get from Kunming to Dali is cheaper. And there is nothing to worry about trekking in the Leaping Tiger Gorge then.
