Dear Ms. Lydia, it is kind of good time to visit northwest of Yunnan Province, during this days the temperture is around 15~21Celsius in Lijiang, sometimes rains, sometimes sunny or cloudy. if rains, the temperture is much cooler. but if you go Shangri-La or high mountains will be much cooler.
