About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

hi, i am a British Citizen with an Indefinite Residency permit for New Zealand. if i am in Shanghai for 24 hours or less, will i need a visa? what if i am there for 26 hours?

You don't need a visa if you stay in Shanghai for less than 24 hours, otherwise, you need a visa.
