About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hello!
I am confused about this whole process! I am going to travel in China and Taiwan. I need a double entry visa--however, my first duration in China itself exceeds 30 days--can I apply for approval or do I need to revamp my trip?
Also, when I apply for my double entry tourist visa, do I need to have proof of all my itineries (USA to China, China to Taiwan, Taiwan to China, China to USA)?
Thanks!

You can apply for double entry tourist visa and asks more than 30 days stay duration each entry on the visa application form, it is up to the visa officer, if you can provide your transportation arrangements (USA to China, China to Taiwan, Taiwan to China, China to USA), they are helpful for your visa application.
