You can contact the Education Office of Chinese embassy in Egypt to enquire the procedures for studying in China, as I know, you can send your Secondary School Certificate Examination Marks (original and copy), high school dipoma from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, application letter to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. You'd better contact this university.
