Please pay attention to the consular districts of Chinese embassy/consulates in Australia on this website /embassy/australia.htm, then you will know which place you should go to for China visa application, if you can't go to the embassy/consulate in person, you can ask someone else to submit visa application for you, you can ask for the rush service of 1 working days, then you can pick up your visa and passport on the same day of application.
