I'm planning to go Taipei, Taichung, Kaoshiung, may someone tell me when is the best time to go? My planning time is below:-a. 21st-25th Nov 2010b. 26th-30th Dec 2010c. 1st-5th Jan 2011How is the weather and what should wear for the trip?How is the transportation if I go free and easy without tour guide, is it possible?Thanks! Hi,Ms.CutieIt is the late autumn if you go during the first period while the next two as the winter. Autumn is considered as the best time to visit. So i suggest the first one. You need to prepare sweater, jacket and clothings for winter.
