I'm an Israeli travelling in SE Asia, And I plan to cross from north Vietnam to china at the end of may.
So far I've been informed that it is not possible for me to get a Chineese visa in the Hanooi embassy.
Does anyone know if Israeli nationals can get a visa in the consulate in HCMC?

Is it possible at all for Israel citizens to get a chineese visa in Vietnam?
