Hello, I'm an Israeli travelling in SE Asia, And I plan to cross from north Vietnam to china at the end of may.So far I've been informed that it is not possible for me to get a Chineese visa in the Hanooi embassy.Does anyone know if Israeli nationals can get a visa in the consulate in HCMC?Is it possible at all for Israel citizens to get a chineese visa in Vietnam?

Do you have a valid Vietnamese visa or residence permit? If you have it, you still have a chance to apply for China visa at the Consulate in HCMC.
