Dear Ms. Choo,

During July and August is kind of rainy season in Lijiang, Dali and Shangri-La area. Sometimes there is rain a lot, sometimes not. if not much rain, it is kind of hot for us. The tempeture will be around 28 Celsius!

Thanks for the info. Do you think it is advisable not to trek it during the rainy season. Also, is it safe to trek it alone?

during summer time, even rains a lot sometimes. there are still many people hike there. when you hike there it's better with someone else.(even some people still do it alone).
