hello siri need your advice on my issue with a chiness company in china. i went to his office my self and we agree on payment term of 25000usd which i can not meet up but pay him 9000usd then when he did not send the goods for the exactly money i send to him he did not return my money over a 9month now, but i will be going to china soon to meet him, so if he playing wise what can i do, fight him or get a police,please advice me.because i learn that chine police listen to there people alone. please advice me.thanks
