hi there please i need your help guys .someone has cheated me and she got USD from me and now she is not attending my calls or sending me replies so please help me and tell me who can help me in guangzhou guandong because scammers or cheaters lives in this area so please tell me which welfare or any other centre can help me please quick reply me please

Did you report that to the authorities? You should have told them to the local police. do you know her name ,address, companies name or the house?
