we are two families planning to spend a week around Guilin/Yangshuo in late June. Any tips on reasonably priced hotels that will accommodate a family of 5?

After this, we are planning on heading to Kunming in Yunnan province. Are there busses or trains going directly there? Any idea how long it might take?
