About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am an Indian Passport holder, working in Bangkok Thailand. I also have a diplomatic passport, with the United Nations.
I would like to travel for 2 days from Hong Kong to Schenzen.
(i) do i need to get a visa before i travel?
(ii) do i need to come in person to the Embassy or is it possible to do this through a travel agent?

I don't think you need a visa before travel because you hold the diplomatic passport of United Nations. You can go to Shenzhen directly for 2 days visit.
