Hi Victor,TVs and Laptops in China can be used in Australia, there is only some difference about electric voltage, here I suggest you some large shopping mall in Xiamen, for Laptops, you can go to the Buynow Digital Products Shopping Mall (No. 76, South Hubin Road)for TVs, you can go to Suning or Gome, they are all chain stores of household electric appliance.
