About:Getting to Changsha

How do I find information (schedules/fares/which station to use) to travel by bus to Changde?

Changsha West Bus Station has regular buses to Changde every afew minutes. The ticket fare is no more than 70RMB and it takes 2 hours to get to Changde from Changsha. I can not find English bus schedule. It is easy to find a bus between 7am-8pm.
