About:Chinese Embassy in Czech Republic

I, Prof. Pavel Štys, and my wife, Dr. Alice Exnerova, both from Charles University in Prague, want to visit China (Tianjin) for about a week in July 2010 to take part in a scientific meeting organized at the Nankai University. We have document of the invitation, confirmation of registration and hotel reservation from the organizers. Do we need anything else in addition to valid passports, photographs and money for the visa fee? And would you be aS kind as tosend us the pertinent visa forms to my e-mail address?
Than you in advance.
Pavel Štys

You just need to prepare a A fully completed copy of Visa Application Form attached with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo, with white background, full-face front view, and no hat. Photo must be glued on the application form. Stapled pictures will not be accepted. Scanned photos will also not be accepted.

You can download the visa application form online https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf
or get it for free from the Chinese embassy.
