About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hi
I'm trying to get contact with the Visa section by phone or email and none of them works.
I need to know how to request a visa:
could it be done by email, fax, internet ? or should we arrange to go to the ambassy in the morning. Shall we arrange for an appointment too ?
How to fill properly the visa form ?
Having a form printed recto-verso is good enough ?

thanks in advance

The visa application by email, fax, post or internet is not accepted. The appointment is not required. You can go to the Chinese embassy in Belgium in person during its office hours or entrust someone else to apply for visa for you.

The visa application form should be filled out completely, correctly and legibly, for the items not suitable for you, you can write N/A. The form can be handwrittenly filled or printed.
