About:China Postal Service

I buy something good from China, they told me already sent the parcel via Registered Mail at tracking number RR261709598CN but until now, the parcel still not reach me.

Somebody know what happening? Last info i have, "departure from outward office of exchange" on 2 Apr 2010 at Guangzhou.

Help me please!!!

it means Going away from external administrative centre of swap over
