You can take the Airport Express(机场快线) to the Guangzhou Railway Station, this bus line run till the flight is over. After arriving at the railway station, you can take taxi to your hotel.

For returning to the Baiyun Airport, if you leave at the day time, you can take bus 109/110/111/543 and get off at the Yuexiu Gongyuan Beimen (越秀公园北门站）stop, and then take the Airport Express Line 2 at the Guangdong International Hotel to the airport.
