hi i am vicky im 9months overstay i want to go back in philippines this months and i dont know where to go to surrender, ill be detained even i pay for penalty.. and how much still 5000rmb. please reply me i want to surrender and back to my country without deained..

Please surrender yourself to the local police station, apologize for your fault and cooperate with the police, maybe you just need to pay for the fine 5000RMB and won't be detained, generally speaking, aliens who can't pay for the fine will be detained for 3 - 10 days, but you won't be prohibited to enter China in future.

if i pay 5000rmb i will still get a visa to comeback in china, i just only to go a local police station or i go directly to immigration?

You can go to a local police station or the immigration, if you pay 5000 RMB, you can still obtain a visa to come back to China, maybe you will prohibited to enter China for 3 - 5 years, then you can still go to China. You will not be in the list of blacklist. Now, there is no other option, if you won't surrender yourself to the police or immigration officer, you will be punished rigorously when you exit China.
