We come from Vietnam,try to avoid long travel instead of going to Beijing,
Is there any Guyana embassy branch in Quanshou or any close one we can apply for our visa ?

There is no Guyana Embassy in Quanzhou or any close place, only the embassy of Guyana in beijing.
