About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hi,

I am a Russian resident, currently studying in Belgium. I am planning to travel to Hong Kong for a week in June. I read that Russian citizens don't need a visa if they are traveling for less than 14 days. Could you please confirm? Thank you!
