About:Harbin Weather

I am planning to visit harbin in December 2010. Is there any interesting places during this winter holiday and is the shops open during this time?

Harbin,

The Ice festival is well publicised,which we found a great experience. There are usually plenty of events on. One things is the municipal government dont advertise much so the best to find events is to visit large shopping cnetres, ask in hotels etc.

We have family in Harbin and it is a bif city ENJOY
