There is a method for you to visit Hong Kong without visa, India passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days, you can stay for 14 days without a visa, then go to Macau, India passport holders are also exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 30 days, so you don't need a visa to Macau, either, then go to Hong Kong again for another 14 days visa-free period, you can travel beteen Hong Kong and Macau, then every new entry to Hong Kong will gives you another 14 days visa free period.

If you feel it is complex, you can apply for a visit visa to Hong kong at Chinese embassy or consulate in India, it takes 4 working days.
