what should i do???

what should i do???i was in macau before and got a one day visa or an exit visa in china..i should be back  in macau within the day...but what i did is never get back to macau and pverstayed here in china.now i want to surrender and go back to my country...whatare the things that i should do???should i be fine more than 5000 rmb???i will sincerely give them my apologies and the true reason why i did that...im scared to be detained...i terribly need to go home due to some important things!tnx...

How many days do you overstay? If you just overstay for some days, it is not serious, please surrender yourself to the police, apologize for your fault, cooperate with the police in a good attitude, maybe you just need to pay for the fine, if you overstay in China for a long time, maybe you will be detained for 3 - 10 days or expelled from China. Now, the best way is go to the police and explain it, cooperate with the police.
