About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hello I am from Mexico and Im going to Dubai next week,can I get my chinese visa there?

I'm afraid that you can't get Chinese visa in Dubai, as I know, one of the requirements for Non-UAE applicants is UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months. You can refer to http://dubai.chineseconsulate.org/eng/lsfw/qzyw/dlqz/t176513.htm to read more information about China visa application.
