Can someone please provide me with Shandong Airlines contact no. My flight has been cancelled and need to rebook but there is no contact no for Airline.

You can go to visit the airlines official web, where the contact info.is available.

On their website, the only contact no is for China. I've called them but they can not speak English at all. Is there any contact no outside China ?

For English service, you can dial 9 after the 24-hour hotline you called is connected.
