The documents are Ok for you to pass the Hong Kong immigration. You just stay in Hong Kong for 8 days and India passport holders don't need a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days, therefore, the immigration officer won't check you carefully, the return air ticket and hotel bookings in Hong Kong and Macau are sufficent to prove that you won't overssty in Hong Kong.
