About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

hi i have a friend who lives in shanghai china and i would like to bring her to australia for a 3 week hoilday ; how can i do this and where do i start

You can your friend can apply for Australian visa at Consulate of Australia in Shanghai, first, you two can look through its official website to get the general information about the Australian visa regulations, then go to the consulate in person to enquire the detailed information, you can go there with your friend together because you can communicate easily with the visa officer in English.
