About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

I'm holding a tourist visa then I found an employer who is willing to give me working permit. What do I need to do next?

you may re-apply for a work visa.

You can not just simply apply the work permit with a tourist visa within China. Here is the website of how to do the application in Beijing. But unfortunately it's all in Chinese. You may ask any of your Chinese friend explain it to you.
