anyone know why the tomb of shi huangdi isnt excavated??

Just have heard that there is much mercury inside the tomb. And their excavation techonologies are limited. They are afraid of destroying the relics inside the tomb.

I heard that they couldnt find the tomb and also that zin shi huang is in a jade suit
