About:Embassy & Consulates of South Korea in China

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Filipino and living in Shanghai with a residence permit.
My boyfriend (from Switzerland) and myself would like to spend some days for leisure in Seoul.

Fact is that I do need to apply for a short term Tourist VISA.

a) I did learn the required procedure and documents from the internet.
b) Can I apply myself at the Korean Consulate in Shanghai?
If not, would you advise the necessary procedure?

Appreciate your support and timely response.

Best regards,
Sheryl
