About:Guangzhou Train Schedule

Hi, I would like to go to Hong Kong from Guangzhou on 9 am, 07/05/2010. Do I need to buy the train ticket first? or I can buy it on the spot? How early I have to reach the train station before departure?

You can take the Guangzhou-Kowloon Through Train at Guangzhou East Railway Station. There are about 12 trains available daily and the earliest three trains depart at 07:25, 08:18 and 09:24. You can buy it in advance or at the railway station. To take the train, you need to arrive at the railway station at least 0.5 hour before departure.
