About:Chinese Consulates in India

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am mohan from Indian working in ELGI Compressor Ltd, Jiaxing, Zhe jiang province.

I came to china by dec’09 by one month entry and completed by medical & other formalities and recd the approval letter from labour bureau and went to india by jan’10.

I have applied my Z class visa with all my necessary documents to china embassy in india, but my z class visa has been rejected three time without any reason. Again now I came to china by f class visa on 20th Mar’10 for 30 days stay. But now I have applied one extension for another 60 days upto 14th Jun’10.

Kindly let me know is there any possibility to get another extension for 60 days or get a long term extn like 6 to 12 months.

Pls help me to stay in china for another 6 months.

Is there any possibility to convert my f class to z class, for which I am having all the necessary documents.

Thanks & Regards

Sv.K.Mohan

If you want to stay in China for longer, you may go to Hk to apply for another visa before your present visa expires.

You may get an extension of about 30 days, and you may apply for the extension twice in principle.
