Question

I have a friend who has been working in Singapore for the past 2 years with work permit and now she has left home. She have a thought of coming back as a individual tourist and to have a short visit stay (14 days)in Singapore.Can anyone help me to find out what is the correct procedure.Her hometown is in (长春）and she is holding a valid passport.
